Dickens of a Christmas
A fun shoot yesterday. Perfect day for taking photographs, no rain but cloudy. Given the crowds, I did a little photoshopping to isolate some of the people. Some of you may know the lady in the last pic. I didn't. She apparently writes and illustrates books for children. I was blown away with her illustrations.

Really like these. I particularly like how you processed the Bobbies. The foggy-black/white looking background gives it an appearance of the depression era. Love the color with the author and her work.
ReplyDeleteYou were right about the crowds. I went today thinking if I got there early it might not be too bad. Think half of Nashville had the same idea. I couldn't get close to the author, I was only able to see above people's heads to what was hanging up.
I'll post a couple tomorrow. I think I will have more rejects than keepers with all the people walking in front of the camera. - ugh.
